Clients reviews about Monday Premium Hotel, Madhapur, Hyderabad

Excellent stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We went as a group of 4 people. The rooms were a bit small but made it up with the hygiene and cleanliness. The property is well maintained. I’d have given it 4 stars but due to the hospitality we experienced, i’ll give it 5 stars. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided us with the amenities like iron, slippers, water bottles etc. whenever we requested it. The hotel also allowed us to extend our checkout by 4-5 hours by paying a mere fee. The hotel also has luggage room so you can store your luggage for some hours after your checkout. Don’t go by the few ratings available, this place is actually worth the money you’ll spend. The hotel is fairly new, hence the fewer ratings. Hope to visit in the near future as well :) ~ Rohit B

I stayed at this hotel during a work trip. Unfortunately I was down with a guy infection and really struggled during the night. I reached the lobby to check if they can get me medicine. To my surprise the GM - Mr . Ramakrishnan and his team rushed to my room, ensured they got my medicine, asked me if I want anything to drink to replenish. I requested for tender coconut water which they got for me and the GM was kind enough to send idlis with sugar to my room . For lunch he came and checked on me and sent plain dal kichidi and he was constantly checking if I was feeling better. The hospitality and warmth of the staff was really heart warming. I have decided to henceforth only stay here every month on my work visits. ~ Daniel W

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heartfelt Thanks to Mr. Ashwin We came to the city for medical treatment and were quite stressed, but Mr. Ashwin made our stay so much easier and more comfortable. He was always around to help, checked on us personally, and made sure we had everything we needed. He didn’t treat us like guests — he treated us like family. That really means a lot. Because of him, the hotel felt like a home away from home. Wherever Ashwin is, that’s where we’ll stay. Highly recommended! Thank you Ashwin Beta. ~ Usha D

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at room 307 and 308 and a huge part of that credit goes to Ashwin. He is truly humble, warm person.
